Delivery
You can expect to receive your order within 8 working days of us receiving your payment into our account (payment traffic between international banks takes on average 4-5 days from bank to bank).   

Approval period
BATAVI corporation b.v. allows you to cancel your product 7 working days starting the day after delivery.

Non-returnable goods
Products that have been worn, that are damaged or incomplete can not be returned.

Returns procedure
We ask you to include your delivery note with the returned product so that we can accept the returned product in our warehouse. Please send the products back within 14 working days.  After receiving your returned product, we will send you an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt.
 
We will transfer the purchase price back to your bank account within 30 days at the latest. All payments except the direct costs of returning the goods will be paid to your account.
